Velo's Vault is the sixth and final hub in the home console version of Crash Nitro Kart. It is unlocked when the player collects all four keys. It is accessed via Velo's Citadel and is where the gem cups are held. It is absent from the GBA and N-Gage versions, with the Gem Cups being available in Velo's Citadel instead.
It is a small torch lit room with four warp pads for each gem cup. There is only one entry and exit, through a door leading back out to the citadel.
