The Three Legendary Titans are seen in Crash Bandicoot: Mutant Island. They are legendary Titans of the Wumpa Islands, particularly the trio of islands called Mutant Islands. These legendary colossi are located behind large sealed doors in the centre of each of the islands. Crash found them and obtained their friendship to go and defeat Neo Cortex, protected by impassable elemental barriers if not with the power of these Titans.
These mighty Titans have the power of the elements Earth, Fire and Ice, and are gigantic colossuses. Once Crash takes control of them through a boss battle and tickles their torso making them docile, the Legendary Titans will transform, shrinking in size to help Crash along the way.
These Legendary Titans, as powerful and unbeatable as they are, have a strange phobia of moles throughout the archipelago. They're so afraid of these animals that as soon as they see one, they go back into Crash's pocket.
Legendary Titan of Earth
The Legendary Titan of Earth.
This Legendary Titan controls the power of the earth and plants. He will strike Crash with huge boulders, powerful fists and long vines that will choke Crash Bandicoot if he gets near of them.
Once controlled by Crash, his powers are big balls of grass thrown with a lot of power, and mentally controlled. His body is composed of rock, earth and plants. His face is metallic, with three tips on his chin.
Legendary Titan of Ice
The Legendary Titan of Ice.
This legendary Titan controls the power of ice and waterways. He will strike Crash with huge snowballs, ice fists and frozen Cortex mutants that will melt and attack Crash Bandicoot if he gets close to them.
Once controlled by Crash, his powers are big ice balls and debris thrown with a lot of power, and mentally controlled.
His body is made up of ice, snow and streams of water. His face is an icy helmet, with many jagged points both above and below the head.
Legendary Titan of Fire
The Legendary Titan of Fire.
This legendary Titan controls the power of fire and magma. He will strike Crash with huge lava balls, lava rock debris, fists of fire and large lapilli of fire and magma that will burn Crash Bandicoot as he approaches them.
Once controlled by Crash, his powers are big balls of magma and fire thrown with a lot of power, and mentally controlled.
His body is made of lava, magma and flames. His face shows a very protruding jaw, with a very big chin and teeth made of fire and lava.

- The Legendary Titan of the Earth has a floral motif on his forehead reminiscent of the Super Mario face from Nintendo's Super Mario franchise.
- These are the only Titans currently holding the name thanks to the legends of the Wumpa Islands. The Crash Of The Titans enemies are simple mutants created by Cortex, while these giants were born in natural circumstances thousands of years ago.
