Terra is the first planet in Crash Nitro Kart, It is the home and boss planet of Krunk. Its similar Earth-like structure comes from its Latin root meaning Earth. It carries its features from the historical ruins to the mystical tiki statues. Terra's moon also has Emperor Velo's face carved in it. The people in Terra also worship Tiny Tiger as a god for an unknown reason. This is shown in Tiny Temple and the final Team Cortex cutscene.
Terra is an Earth-like planet with rain forests, tropical areas, beautiful beaches and islands, temples, and ancient cities, with statues and flaming torches. Terra is similar to Central and South America on Earth, with rainforests, jungles and ancient civilizations, and beautiful tropical islands and waterfb world, Jungle Boogie is inland in the rain forest, Tiny Temple and Temple Turmoil are in a clearing in the very far deep jungle. Terra's hub world looks nothing like the rest of Terra. It is an island with a beach on the outside, temples and statues, a small view of the jungle and a cave. The tracks are quite far away in territories; Inferno Island is not far from the hub.
Tracks
- Inferno Island - A tropical beach with a volcanic cave in the middle of the track.
- Jungle Boogie - A jungle with Incan architecture, a bridge and some obstacles, set in the early hours of the evening. It is also where for Krunk's boss race takes place.
- Tiny Temple (known as Tiny's Temple in GBA version) - A temple built for Tiny Tiger, with magnetic areas, statues, animals and massive rocks, all set at night.
- Temple Turmoil - A muddy clearing set around the ruins of an old temple, also set at night.
Trivia
- Terra is most likely to be in the habitable zone of the solar system it is in due to the Earth-like features.
- In Latin, Terra means Earth.
- It could of been possible that Terra worships Tiny as there leader due to one of the tracks having a statue of Tiny in Tiny Tiger and During the 100% Cortex Team ending, Tiny grabs the scepter and all the Terralings bow low.
