This article is about unnamed enemies encountered in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure, and the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy remake of the second game. They are small bug-shaped robots that wander back and forth in Crash's path.

Overview[]

Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back[]

These robots can be found in two states: one with its legs down, and one with its legs up. A unit with its legs down can only be defeated by jumping on its head or with a body slam; when its legs are up, a spin or slide attack must be used instead. Using the wrong attack will result in Crash being electrocuted. Most units alternate between states every three seconds, but a rare few never switch. They appear in the levels Piston It Away and Spaced Out.

Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure[]

In The Huge Adventure, these robots reappear and behave identically to how they did in Cortex Strikes Back. They appear in the levels Star to Finish and Final Countdown.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy[]

In the N. Sane Trilogy remake of Warped, the robots reprise their roles with no major changes.
