Joe Blow is a titan that appears in the Nintendo DS version of Crash of the Titans.
Joe Blow is a mutated pufferfish that wears formal clothing complete with a blue tie. They have big blue eyes and pointy black spikes that protrude from their head. They are short in stature and don't appear to have hands or feet, but modified fins with no individual fingers.
Their special attack is to inflate their heads, making the black spikes on top extend outward to hit nearby enemies. They are able to survive on land and breathe air despite being related to fish. Interestingly they are incapable of walking on the water, an ability that only Whalephant has in the game.
