Hunter Assistants are a variant of lab assistants found in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, the N. Sane Trilogy remaster of the second game, and the Nitro-Fueled remaster of Crash Team Racing.
Description
They are dressed in a safari attire, with a short-sleeved shirt, shorts and a hat. They wield big rifles.
Behavior
They stand still and shoot big, slow projectiles forward that explode on impact with anything, and can't be defeated by any attack. The Hunter Assistant itself can be defeated by any attack.
In the time between a projectile and the next one they reload their gun, making it easier for the player to defeat them.
They can only be found in the secret routes of the levels Un-Bearable and Bee-Having.
