Giant Lab Assistants are variants of the Lab Assistants in Crash Bandicoot: Warped and the N. Sane Trilogy remake of the third game, based on a two-headed monster. Their heads also follow Crash's movements, however this was a feature removed from the N. Sane Trilogy. They only appear in the level Double Header.
They wield dual clubs which they constantly swing to hit Crash or Coco. In order to defeat them, they must jump on their heads, knocking them to the ground. When defeated, their belly can be used like a trampoline. If they get hit by one of the clubs it is swinging, they will smack against the camera and lose a life.

Trivia[]
- In the Japanese release of Crash Bandicoot: Warped, these enemies only have one head as opposed to two.
- They are one of the two Lab Assistant enemies to have blonde hair instead of the usual brown. This feature however was not carried over to the N. Sane Trilogy remaster, as they have brown hair in the remaster instead of blonde hair.
- In the N. Sane Trilogy, the clubs are replaced with turkeys.
