Barrel Buccaneers are large crab mutants with a sword-filled barrel on their back. They stand in place and click their claws before running forward in a straight line, using their barrel to attack the player character if they collide. Their barrel protects them from attacks from above, meaning they must be defeated with a spin or slide attack. They are also immune to Tawna's hookshot. They can be found in Booty Calls, Thar He Blows! and Hook, Line, and Sinker.
