The Back N. Time Grand Prix was the second Grand Prix in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. It lasted from August 2nd to August 25th, 2019. The launch of this Grand Prix coincided with the release of an update for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled that added microtransactions to the Pit Stop.
Theme[]
The Back N. Time Grand Prix was themed around prehistory along with childhood and time travel. It introduced not only Baby T from Crash Bandicoot: Warped but also Baby Crash and Baby Coco, a result of time travel mishaps.[1] The new track, Prehistoric Playground, was influenced by the Fossil Fuel Injection track from Crash Tag Team Racing. It featured an alternate past twisted by Fake Crash abusing the abilities of N. Tropy's chrono staff.

The glitched Sticker Pack at the end of the 2nd Grand Prix.
- ↑ The Dino Pack which originally contained the Fake Ptero Head and Fake Triceratops Head stickers was glitched out of the Pit Stop during the Back N. Time Grand Prix. It appeared in the Pit Stop but couldn't be bought. As such, those stickers were unobtainable until the Neon Circus Grand Prix which reintroduced them in a different bundle.
- ↑ Due to a bug, the original Back N. Time Decal for the Champion Kart was given to all players who participated in the first Grand Prix at the start of the second one. Instead of removing its unlock, Beenox announced 4 days before the end of the second Grand Prix that a different decal would be prized to players reaching the top 5% of its leaderboards. The original Back N. Time decal is now unlocked for anyone winning the Champion kart in any Grand Prix.
- All exclusive items from the Back N. Time Grand Prix with the exception of the Champion Decal were permanently added back in the Pit Stop at the beginning of the Neon Circus Grand Prix.
