Arrow Crate

This crate is sometimes referred to by the names "Spring Boxes" or "Bouncy Crates" - these names can also refer to the Bounce Crate.

A Wooden Arrow Crate

Arrow Crates act as trampolines for the Crash Bandicoot series and are used to reach higher places. They are very common and appear in most of the Crash Bandicoot games. These crates often carry one Wumpa Fruit and are broken by all methods of attacking except for jumping. There are two versions of this crate: wooden and iron.

"Boxes with arrows (pointing Up), let you know two things: first, there is something good waiting for you when you Jump on top of this box. Second, you may need to keep jumping successfully to earn more bonuses or fruit from this box. You can only open an Arrow box by using the Spin Attack. If you happen to do this before Jumping on it - then tough darts."
